Your experience of harm from addictive prescribed drug treatment may be influencial for BMA review

The new web site and campaigning initiative Council for Evidence Based Psychiatry is moving at a pace and needs your help to convince the British Medical Association (BMA) of the need for action.
If you missed the deadline to submit to CEP your views, please email APRIL with stories for us to forward to CEP...or contact them direct.  http://cepuk.org/

Harm due to ignorance of how to help people withdraw or reduce medication that causes dependence, is rife. Please help by sending your views or experience.

Health Professionals and those prescribed (many of whom are health professionals!) should support this brave new initiative. World wide submissions accepted.

The information may be submitted annonymously if you wish.

The Council for Evidence-based Psychiatry (cepuk.org) has been invited to contribute evidence to a project at the BMA (British Medical Association) which will review the issues associated with dependence upon prescribed drugs, including benzodiazepines, sleeping pills, pain relievers and antidepressants. Please still contact CEP or APRIL to have your views included. April 29 2014
